Our approach & services

What working together can look like.

Do you work with adolescents and adults?

Yes. Jared serves adolescents and adults. The consultation is a chance to discuss your needs and which service may be a fit.

What does neuroaffirming mean?

It means support starts with your needs, communication style, context, and capacity. ADHD and autism are not defects to erase. The work can address real difficulties while respecting your identity.

Does neuroaffirming care still address problems?

Yes. The work can address anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, executive-function challenges, relationships, and emotional distress. Goals and structure can be part of care; appearing more neurotypical is not the aim.

Do I need to choose a service before reaching out?

No. A consultation is a place to discuss your needs and explore the differences between counseling, music therapy, and coaching.

Can counseling include practical strategies?

Yes. Counseling can include routines, planning, and executive-function supports while also addressing mental health, emotional distress, identity, and relationships.

Do I need musical experience for music therapy?

No musical training or performance ability is required. Music therapy is a clinical process adapted to your preferences and goals.

Is coaching therapy?

No. Coaching is practical and goal-focused. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and does not replace psychotherapy when treatment is needed.

Do I need to act a certain way during sessions?

Absolutely not. Your sensory and communication needs come first. Whether you need to stim, move around, look away from the screen, communicate directly, or keep your camera off on a low-energy day, you are encouraged to show up exactly as you are. No masking required.

Yes. The initial 20-minute consultation is free. It is a chance to ask questions and explore fit.

Can I choose a longer session?
