| Anxiety, burnout, identity, relationships, or a need for mental-health treatment | Mental Health Counseling |

A clear distinction.
Counseling is licensed psychotherapy. Music therapy is a credentialed clinical service that uses music and creative experience toward therapeutic goals. Coaching is practical, goal-focused support; it does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions.
There can be overlap in the tools we use. Therapy may include routines and executive-function strategies, and music may become part of psychotherapy when it supports your goals. The purpose and scope of the work remain clear.
You don’t have to figure it all out first.
A free 20-minute consultation is a place to ask questions, talk about what you need, and explore whether working together feels like a fit.
